Female Only Strength and Conditioning Training Group
This training group is designed for female athletes that are 14 years old or older. *Younger athletes may be able to participate but should check with the Fortis Academy staff first.
Athletes will work on all aspects of athleticism while learning how to train. Training methods will include plyometrics, agility and speed training, core training, TRX, and weight lifting.
